According to the trilateral statement signed by the Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia on November 10, Nor Haykajur and five more villages in the Martakert province have passed to Azerbaijan. The villagers were given only one day (November 18-19) to leave their houses.
